On the afternoon of May 8, Xinjiang Lihua (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ Xinjiang Lihua ”) The third session of the first trade union representatives and workers' Congress was held. Wang Dongsheng, Secretary of the Party committee of Xinjiang Lihua, Li Dehua, general manager, Wu Xiu, deputy secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and other members of the leading group, heads of functional departments and offices of the headquarters, representatives of trade union members and workers' representatives attended the meeting at the main venue. The heads of trade unions, representatives of trade union members and workers' representatives of 23 subsidiaries attended the meeting at the branch venue through video, with a total of 156 participants. In the solemn national anthem, the conference officially opened. Li Dehua, the general manager, made the 2019 general manager's work report on behalf of Xinjiang Lihua's management team. Liu Wenbo, the last chairman of the trade union, made the 2019 trade union work report. The work report comprehensively reviews and summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the company in 2019 in Party building, production and operation, poverty alleviation, mergers and acquisitions, project construction, safety and environmental protection, technological innovation, trade union work, basic management improvement, and defines the tasks, objectives and key work in 2020< br />
With a high sense of responsibility and mission, the participants conscientiously performed their rights as representatives, listened to various reports, fully promoted democracy, and actively made suggestions. They reviewed and passed the "Lihua group attendance management system", "Lihua group employee performance management system", "subsidiary performance appraisal management measures", "comrade Li Keming as the employee representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors"< br />
